Products

We sell shelf-stable pantry products imported from Europe, primarily France and Italy. We do not sell fresh products or alcohol. Availability is subject to stock; if an item is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and offer a substitute or a refund for that item.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are confirmed when we accept your order. Sales tax is applied where required. Business customers receive pricing on request based on volume; quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 4–5 days and express delivery 24h, from the time your order ships from our US stock. Delivery is free on orders over $300; otherwise delivery costs are shown before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier conditions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of items that are opened or that you simply change your mind about.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
